Moving from enduring to embracing. Thursday, October 29, 2009. Back to the Early Days. Woke up late yesterday and wasn't able to get my Wednesday run in. Instead, I ran today, and I will run again tomorrow. This will still give me a day off from running before Springfield, since I will not be running the Tulsa Run this weekend, just a day before the Bass Pro Shops Marathon. Challenge. I have endured. Except maybe running 50 miles. Distance: 4.13 miles. Avg Mile Pace: 8:49. Links to this post. Great idea ...

http://mystrides.blogspot.com/2010/03/saturdays-run-reminder-that-earth-is.html
Moving from enduring to embracing. Monday, March 29, 2010. Saturday's Run: A Reminder that the Earth is Still Spinning.Fast. Extrapolated, I would not have made a full 26.2 in under 4 hours, a fact that concerned me ve...
