A little irreverent: March 2014
http://alittleirreverent.blogspot.com/2014_03_01_archive.html
Monday, March 31, 2014. We made it on the plane. This is a really charming hotel. Wow, we are right downtown. I think I slept on a yoga mat, that bed is hard. GINGER AT THE BEACH! There is nothing wrong with applying sunscreen with a butter knife. It's nice to spend time with that one guy I live with, what's his name again? I'm still recovering from jet lag. :). I thought I was dreaming, but it was real life. I'm still not over the euphoria of my shark dive. Arrrrgh, let's explore the pirate museum.

A little irreverent: Happy November
http://alittleirreverent.blogspot.com/2014/11/happy-november.html
Tuesday, November 4, 2014. This statement doesn't have anything to do with the rest of this post, but I'm so excited about it, I wanted to share it first. I'm going skydiving this Friday. Okay, now I can move on. I have a lot of stray quotes and conversations I want to share. Carry on and enjoy, if you'd like. (Oh, and I didn't proofread, again.). Watch out for the Whomping Willow. On the way to Hogwarts. O - "DAAAAAAD, I HATE bacon! L - "Who hates bacon? Where did you come from? O - "I love you! LT - "W...

A little irreverent: May 2014
http://alittleirreverent.blogspot.com/2014_05_01_archive.html
Tuesday, May 27, 2014. Fieldwork, part 2 and then some. Our second fieldwork day was at the Smithsonian Museum of Natural History. We took a nice and LONG bus ride, SCHOOL bus ride to DC. It's a good thing the air conditioning worked, meaning all of the windows could open. Ha ha ha. The students have been learning and researching about butterflies, and there just happens to be a butterfly exhibit at the museum. How perfect! Well, she got a nice shot of the fan. A holding a caterpillar. O contemplating, o...

A little irreverent: October 2014
http://alittleirreverent.blogspot.com/2014_10_01_archive.html
Sunday, October 26, 2014. A little bit Savage and a lot COLD. Here we are at the starting line. On a side note, I have a pretty pathetic camera and not only is it slow, but it pooped out shortly after we started. Before the next race in May, I am most definitely getting a different one. The actual name is really vulgar so I’ve renamed it for this post.). I was trying to get an awesome shot of the. Huge clamp used to hold the boards together,. And then Helen decided to jump in. It totally ruined my shot.

Fun with the Watsons: Sydney's 6th Birthday
http://funwiththewatsons.blogspot.com/2011/02/sydneys-6th-birthday.html
Fun with the Watsons. Mothering. Low-budget adventures. Kid antics. Travel. Outdoorsy activities. Welcome. Wednesday, February 23, 2011. For breakfast, I made her some pancakes with buttermilk sauce, drizzled with maple syrup and sprinkles. The buttermilk sauce tastes like caramel, and it's awesome on scones, pancakes, french toast, or probably just about anything. Anyway, I'm getting hungry, so I'd better get back on the birthday topic. What a fun birthday for a special little girl! Youre my very best f...

http://littlewendyswords.blogspot.com/2011_06_01_archive.html
Wednesday, June 22, 2011. Crystal is now 15 months old! She's 25 lbs, 32 inches: putting her at 90th percentile for height and 75th for weight. She now has 12 teeth and a little more hair. Walking by herself is still to scary for her and I love it when she often reaches for my hand. Trip to the zoo. Crystal's cousins visiting from Utah. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Little Wendy's Words: A Newborn and the Toilet
http://littlewendyswords.blogspot.com/2013/07/a-newborn-and-toilet.html
Friday, July 26, 2013. A Newborn and the Toilet. It's crazy how many diapers a newborn can go through, especially when I change it immediately after each poop. Chester would continue pooping after I just changed the diaper several times and I would feel that I'm totally wasting so many diapers and diapers are so expensive! Well, diapers weren't always in existence and there aren't diapers everywhere in the world even today, so what do those people do? I've actually met people who practiced elimination co...
