Wednesday, January 12, 2011. A Tale of 2 Trees. The Saturday after Thanksgiving we set out on our annual tree hunting adventure. We ended up at the same place we went last year because it is only 5 minutes from our house and after you pick out your tree they come and cut it down for you with a chainsaw. Mike really prefers this to cutting it himself, I tend to pick really tall trees with really big trunks. This year was no exception! Annual trip downtown to the Christmas tree, and to visit with Santa.

Wednesday, October 27, 2010. I know it was about 6 weeks ago but I realized I never blogged about Noah's actual b-day. His b-day was also his first day of preschool for the year. He missed the cutoff for Kindergarten by 15 days. Oh well! First day of school pic. Red Robin, of course :). BLAST from the past. 17 years ago I was a freshman at BYU (yes I am getting old! 17 years ago I met some amazing girls who have turned out to be amazing women! I have not laughed that much in a long time! Too many to count.

Thursday, June 30, 2011. Hailey's dance recital at the end of June. This recital is always very impressive! This year she took tap and loved it, although she has informed me that she wants to do Jazz next year :). Family pic with the Dancing Queen. Hailey and Miss Kim. She is the best dance teacher! Tuesday, September 28, 2010. Come one, Come all. To Noah's 5th Birthday Circus. Welcome, I'm 5! It took a lot of time and patience but we had our own version of a big top tent. Thanks to my Mom and Mike! The Popcorn and Candy bar. I love this smile :). The pinata, don't mind the crazy hat! The cake and ice cream bar. Poor Noah split his lip open and knocked his front teeth loose the night before his party, he had a hard time blowing the candles out. Opening some gifts on his birthday. Yeah for 1st grade!
