A topnotch WordPress.com site. Another year over and done. December 26, 2014. My goodness – merry Christmas everyone! Where has it gone? The year has been an odd one, I’ve not run and I’ve not eaten well. I weigh almost 18lbs heavier than this time last year. The run kit is laid out for the morning so me and her will be out at 7.30 if not earlier and good clean food – 2 days and I feel better already. I need to plan better there is no two ways about it. I did give in to a salted caramel sponge pudding this evening after walking tybie in the cold. It’s inspiration was my sisters, in my notes page of my phone I wrote down little things that I wanted to tell them (as we’re all living our healthiest lives), then it took on a life of it’s own and now, well, its a really long list! You will feel like a fool. You will look like a fool. Missing a box jump and scraping your leg down the side of the box HURTS.

So on the weekend I fell down the stairs in a major department store, not just a little slip but a crash, bang, wollop, legs and arms and body everywhere, ended up with matching bruises on the back of my legs and a sore stomach…. The stomach ache was just from laughing though and this was a huge win for me! This used to embarass me even more! I really liked this little quote I found, summises where i’m at at the moment:.
