It taught us how we should be more careful who we recruit to be our prison officers, police officers, teachers or any person who is employed in a position were they hold power over others. It is how they can combine logical and abstract thinking. It’s how adaptable they are; not necessarily how well they perform but insuring they perform well enough to progress, to change and to learn.
