Boil POTATOES, CHICKPEAS in different VESSELS with sufficient WATER and SALT. Keep the boiled CHICKPEAS aside and peel of the skin of POTATOES and mash them in a BOWL. Mix little ALL PURPOSE FLOUR, CORN FLOUR and mould them into flat BALLS. Keep a NON STICK PAN on. Put the flat BALLS.
