Sole Train is a beginning full marathon training group created and supported by Runners World Tulsa. Na een succesvolle reeks wordt het dit jaar wederom georganiseerd. Nieuw dit jaar is de deelname van Goes. Het circuit bestaat uit 7 baanwedstrijden in Oud-Beijerland, Middelharnis, Barendrecht, Zierikzee, Rotterdam, Goes en Spijkenisse.
