In my quest to make one new healthy recipe a week I stumbled upon a frittata from Clean Eating. Here is what I like about this meal, besides it being wonderfully delicious! I had two 1/2 iron races. Both were exceptionally hot. I was undertrained for both. I have one more. I'm hoping it won't be so hot. but I'll still be undertrained.
