2016 – Year in Review. To say 2016 was full of hills and valleys would be an understatement. Not the rolling kind either, there were drop-offs and steep climbs. The year started with a streak – 54 consecutive days logging miles. The streak ended abruptly when I tore my calf muscle, and was on the shelf for 52 straight days. And there was this:. Sometimes we read and study certain chapters and other times we pick a random verse. After my diagnosis and subsequent surgery and treatments, we tended to randomly pick verses more frequently.
