Next Gen House – kombucha
http://nextgenhouse.org/category/kombucha
Last week at next gen house. May 11, 2015. Lots going on last week – the first full week in May, and in Pittsburgh, the first week of summer. It got hot and sticky this week, which really just made me really happy that it was only in the 70s for the Pittsburgh Half. I really screwed up the whole braiding part by not rolling the bread out thin enough and putting too much chi...

Running, training, loving, living. My favorites so far have probably been (attempting to put in order, but not sure):. 1 Southern Italy (not so touristy, great food and people). 2 Chiang Mai, Thailand (spectacularly beautiful). 3 St Petersburg (luxurious palaces and beautiful architecture) (posted a few pics and description here. 4 the Masai Mara area in Kenya (loved scenery, animals and people). 5 Bali (beautiful and interesting). 6 Greece — Santorini the most probably, but have loved it all. Testing My Limits | KRISTINA RUNNING
http://www.blogaboutrunning.com/testing-my-limits
May 11, 2015. Yesterday afternoon I pulled up weather.com to try and decide when I should go for my run:. I went at 5pm, but in hindsight I should have waited until midnight!
