No Matter What…. Dismounting a treadmill is a multi-step process. August 4, 2015. Yesterday called for a 20 minute easy run which I did on the treadmill because it’s been so hot and humid outside. Feeling very energetic, I also went to the gym last night to do a kettlebell class. That’s right folks…TWO workouts in one day!
