I’m supposed to eat at least 1,800 calories a day but I started the range at 1,600 because I find it hard to eat more than 1,800. To calculate the carbohydrates, fat, and protein, each gram of fat contains 9 calories and each gram of carbohydrates and proteins contain 4 calories.

Some journeys are on two feet. Distance = 2.25 miles. Wednesday: building-to-short treadmill session. Equipment: NB Minimus Trail WT10s, shorts, tech shirt. Warm-up: .25 miles @ 3.0 mph. Main: 1.75 miles @ 4.4 mph. Cool-down: .25 miles @ 3.0 mph. Ok, today I remembered my shoes and the strap for the HRM, but I left the watch next to the computer. This was run strictly to plan based on pace. Only issue was some muscle spasms in the front of my left lower leg. Distance = 2.25. Max HR = 158. Avg HR = 142.

My Second Tyranena ‘Beer Run’ This Time With a Hangover. Decided to run the “Half Barrel” (13.10938 miles) again this year. The “Half Barrel” is a half-marathon. In brewery terms. And although it’s a “ beer run. 8221; I don’t recommend getting. Drunk the night before, but oh well; it was still a fun run! Additionally, when you’re fully hydrated from the night before you can skip all the water stations while running backwards. However, a few turned into well after midnight and drunk! Later, I got my mojo.
