Friday, March 13, 2009. This program is terrific. This Heart Challenge is great. It has made such a change in my life. I was realy beginning to feel my age but now I have a lot more energy. It is even beginning to be fun to feel my muscles. Doing more physical exertion is certainly the key to feeling better. When my "ducks " get out of control and seem to want to take over my orderly routine is when life seems to fall apart or as some say hit the wall.
