Söndag 11 maj 2014. Springa ensam eller med sällskap? Oftast när jag springer med sällskap gör jag det för att umgås med en vän samtidigt som jag får till bra träning - två flugor i ett liksom! Det är kul att springa och prata och dessutom håller man då ett bra distanstempo. Springer man för snabbt, orkar man inte prata på samma sätt. Som småbarnsmamma ville jag också helst springa ensam för att "rensa hjärnan" och tänka färdigt mina tankar utan att någon "behövde" mig. Då lämnade jag helst telefonen...
