It's not that I’m not sleeping, because I AM; it’s just that it’s at hours completely alien to my regular body clock, so everything feels disconnected and off-kilter. While it would probably be helpful to suddenly become a morning person, doing so at the price of reality feeling kind of jello-like is not a trade-off I'm willing to make. Or leave a memento.
