This morning, the NYC Board of Health voted in favor of lifting the ban on beekeeping in Health Code Article 161, which previously rendered beekeeping illegal. Los Angeles, CA. Question about quick meads. In the online recipes I've found, they all say to refrigerate after two weeks, and keep in the fridge for 2 weeks. Does this mean that I can take it out of the fridge (and leave it out) afterwards, or is there a chance the yeasties will reactivate and make my bottles pop?
