But something happened on Sunday: something convinced me that I could do the entire thing next year. Do I expect to set a course record? I just think I can finish.maybe around 7 hours. So, the camera is still not working, but I was able to take out the memory card, put it in someone else's camera, and then download them onto my flash drive. So that's problem #1 solved, now to fix problem #2, the camera itself. In the meantime, I will share lots of pics from a fun and busy Florida trip:. My in-law's neighbor has a grapefruit tree in her backyard, so we were able to eat lots of them. We were lucky to get the last of this year's crop.

Breakfast: Yesterday I made a big batch of scrambled eggs (whole eggs and some liquid egg whites) plus some chopped up low fat deli ham. I made enough to eat yesterday and then heat the rest today. I haven't been eating great lately, so I wanted to try to get through one day.JUST ONE DAY.of eating better. Probably 15 min after finishing breakfast, I ate a brownie. REALLY? Tuesday, August 9, 2011. Iron Girl Syracuse 2011 Race Report. So, why would I want the same swim cap color year after year? Plus, its nice to have to wear at the pool and others will know that you are an Iron Girl. Yeah, it's just a swim cap, but it's a pretty cool swim cap.
