Cruising, racing and maintaining Gull dinghies. Friday, 12 June 2015. Norfolk Broads Gull Cruise 2015 in pictures - Part 6. On the other side of the Potter Heigham bridges we were joined by Neil and Paula who had sailed up from Hickling. After lunch we all sailed back to Whispering Reeds together and we were met by Paul Webb and partner sailing their very seaworthy Bosun dinghy. I didn't take many more pictures, I guess I was simply too happy enjoying the sail back! Links to this post.

Cornish Cormorant Sailing: Refurbished Mast
http://cornishcormorant.blogspot.com/2016/12/refurbished-mast.html
Monday, 12 December 2016. Ok, I cheated. I'd started varnishing the mast and foils when I realised that I perhaps didn't want to do all of this work myself in the winter months. So I took the mast to the good folk at Collars who originally made, and still make, the spars for the Cornish range of boats. Luckily, they are only based less than 10 miles from my home!
