Like many others in the blogosphere, I watched Lorraine Pascal's MasterChef master class on Friday - smitten with the idea of making a mojito cake. I don't know about you but the whole, mixing a cocktail into a cake sounds delicious. and after my foray into sponge cakes I thought I'd give it a try. It took me quite a while to make the whole cake, but there may have been one or two necessary trips to the supermarket to collect forgotten ingredients.
