Sers-moi un coup de vin! Pinard et bonne chère, tout simplement. Samedi 18 juillet 2015. Bodegas Alto Moncayo cuvée Veraton 2011. Servi légèrement rafraîchi après un passage en carafe d'une heure 30 et bu sur deux jours. 100 % grenache, vignes de 30 à 50 ans. Elevage de 16 mois en fûts de chêne français, vinifié par l'oenologue australien Chris Ringland. Robe cerise, très profonde et très grasse. Note : 8/10 et 8,5/10 le lendemain. Un vin très constant d'année en année mais qui s'apprécie moins en été.
