After months of grueling training, I am in the shape of my life, but mildly concerned about the toll that the event may take on me physically. Here I am at the start, ready for the challenge of a grueling 150 mile ride. The photo below was taken just after I crossed the finish line. I don't know why I was worried. I barely look winded.
