A nice sighting was this Grey Wagtail that showed very well at Hyde Cottage:. Doesn't count of course). So another great walk with a few decent sightings. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). After a great night out with our Son for his birthday we called in at Rainham, as we usually do on our way back to the Black Country time permitting. This was just a quick get away for a few hours and the opportunity fore a nice walk by the Avon. We didn't expect much birding and there wasn't although the Herons from the large Heronry were busy fishing and chasing one another always good to see some action, the Swans weren't that happy with them though:. This was the view from the RSPB hide. Anyway at least the Otter didn't disappoint us! We then searched for Eagle...
