Last night was the scheduled light day (plus one - birthday party) for the ETK ROP protocol. The protocol uses 50% snatches as the finisher, which I love. However, the 24kg felt really heavy and my form was atrocious! Session went like this:. Z Health Neural Warmup; Trinity Warmup; Windmills (12kg x 2 x 3 3); Halos (12kg x 5 5). C&P Ladders - 24kg x 5 x 1.

I snagged Doc's bulldog for two handed but dropped down to 32 kg for single handed. Then Nikki led us through descending press ladders. 2 sets of (5 to 1) I did one set of 24kg and one with 16. Sunday, July 27, 2008. Annapolis, Maryland. "The Mustache Passage". Today we are in beautiful Annapolis, Maryland! Their sail from Charleston went smoothly, with up to 2 knots of current bringing up their speed to 12 knots! Which is great for the Alemar. The next leg of the trip will be to New York for a pit-stop, and then on to Newport, Rhode Island. I will be leaving early in the morning to finish my drive up the coast, with a stop in New Hampshire for a few days to show Tucker's mom, sister, and gramps.
