Sweet set-up - Z-dog monogatari
http://dursula.livejournal.com/366650.html
Dec 5th, 2009 at 9:17 PM. I plugged up the left hand holes on my second clarinet so that I can play both at the same time, but different pitches! Double clarinets [or walrus clarinets] are the best. Next time at Izzi's ensemble (don't have a better name for it), he wants everyone to bring in something that will amplify their instrument. Whut? 3 comments Leave a comment. I read some David Foster Wallace: megmccarron
http://megmccarron.livejournal.com/234198.html
I read some David Foster Wallace. So like a month ago I promised some substantive posts! Here is one on a topic I mentioned. The other thing that was striking was that the early to mid 90s are, really, truly, another era, with their own concerns. I mean, obviously this is true, but we haven't really codified them yet, the way the 80's so thoroughly have been. When I was reading his essay on television, I kept thinking Whoa, remember when everyone was really worried about television? Post a new comment.

Summer to fall. - I draw pictures. Nov 16th, 2009 01:22 am. The past few months have been eventful ones for me, in the realm of comics and in general. With the rain and grayness moving in on Portland, it seems like a nice time to hearken back to those golden days of late July and re-cap all that has transpired since my last entry. Would it have made more sense to announce these events as they came up? Gave me a mention in their Symposium write-up here. In October there were a few days where I thought I w...

Is coming up this August, and my artwork will be appearing on the show's poster, website, and merchandise. The theme of the Symposium this year is "zine arcade":. In case you can't tell, the "Space Invader"-type creatures are scissors, glue, and long-armed staplers. The shooter is a Sharpie marker. Essential tools of zine-making! Is open as of today! 2010-04-07 03:10 pm (UTC).

a return, and some news - I draw pictures
http://i-draw-pictures.livejournal.com/4821.html
A return, and some news - I draw pictures. A return, and some news. Jul 19th, 2009 10:54 pm. This is my first entry in almost a year! There are three main reasons for this. First of all, I now have the beginnings of a website up: lisarosalieeisenberg.com. Much of it is still under construction, but art samples, comics pages, and a store will be coming soon. Secondly, if you are in or around Portland, Oregon this weekend you can come check out my table at the Portland Zine Symposum. Thank you so much!
