Alright, so back to the calorie counting and hopefully more exercising. Boyfriend is convinced that he can drop 30 lbs in 100 days. I am convinced that I can drop 30 lbs faster than boyfriend. And I am nothing, if not competitive. So today I consumed 1300 calories, and I weigh 185 lbs. Fiber One Strawberry Yogurt Yoplait,. Good Sense Dried Pineapple.

What I Ate Today. The constant struggle to be thinner while still getting joy out of food. Thursday, April 29, 2010. Thursday, April 29, 2010. Ok, new plan. I'm going to try this South Beach Diet. It goes in phases. For phase 1, I can only have vegetables, meat, eggs, nuts and skim dairy for 2 weeks. It is supposed to restructure the way I eat, and can kick up to 13 pounds. So I'm hopeful. 1 Cup Skim Milk. 3 Slices Turkey Bacon. 2 Slices Skim Pepperjack Cheese. Raw Veggies: Carrots, Broccoli, Zucchini.

By popular demand, a recipe for Banana Loaf:. 22 points per recipe – 1/2 per portion. 5 small bananas (they are perfect for this when they start going a bit brown-spotty). 200g self raising flour. 1/2 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda.
