Wednesdays have been a day set aside, devoted to walking through the Word and penning what the Lord taught me on my trek through Israel this summer and what He is still teaching me today! Saturday, December 3, 2016. Mom and dad came for Thanksgiving and we had a nice weekend. This was the second year that the girls decorated the table while we got the meal ready. Love that tradition! Did you hear about the Goodmans? Palmer, Becca, Emily and Lindsay. This week, Emily lost her first tooth. I has been wiggly for a while so she was brave enough to allow Palmer to pull it out with a pair of his pliers! She is braver than I would have been! And here she is after she let Palmer yank out her 2nd tooth a few days later! I think for now, we will stick with fish:). What's Up with the Higgs. Friday, August 17, 2012. We went to the circus last Friday night. My mother-in-law went with us and we had a great time. I have to say I haven't been to the circus since I was I child so I had no idea what to expect or how Brayden would react to it. He actually really enjoyed it! What's up with the jeppesen's? Our family account of day to day stuff. Saturday, February 11, 2012. Dominican Republic Orphanage 2012. This year for Ben's 12th birthday he decided instead of birthday presents he would collect much needed school supplies and jeans for an orphanage in the Dominican Republic . It was SO rewarding to see and visit personally the kids that received the donations. These two little girls I was holding wouldn't let me put them down! Ben playing soccer with some of the boys.
