How could a child possibly as picky as mine consume anything containing the leafy green vegetable that even I find hard to eat at times? 1 c organic yogurt (I use Stonyfield. S French Vanilla or Banilla). 2 c frozen fruit of your choice (I usually add about 1/2 c. of fresh strawberries on top of this, but it's not necessary). 2 T ground flaxseed.
