Young women with cancer. March 14, 2011. Okay, so I read it’s really healing to start a gratitude journal. It keeps your mind on positive things and helps stop you thinking that all you are is cancer, cancer, cancer. I figured a public journal was even better to send good energy back out into the universe. I really believe what you send out is what you get back eventually….
