Monday, November 3, 2008. Started real training today - CC 12-week Off-season conditioning program. Excited to do core work, biking and flexibility programs. Last 4-6 weeks were Transition program. The breathing and core work helped keep me fit as I re-geared for the 12-week program. Weight is stable, but I'm drinking more water and eating more veggies and fruits.
