Söndag 7 februari 2016. Tränade då men så extremt trött i länden. Men vi körde marklyft, 5x5 på 75. Tog lätt där. 1 PC 50 kg. Det var kul. Klar först är en tid av: 17 min. Skulle tränat i helgen men ont i halsen och ryggen. Kör måndag, sen jobbmöte. Får vi se vad som händer i mitt liv! Onsdag 3 februari 2016. Lång FM på solid. Städ var hos mig på FM så var tvungen dra 0830 till solid. Så skönt ta det lugnt och ha myskläder på sig på tuben. Jag var nog den enda som log i morse. Ett av styrkepassen idag.

Fantastisk helg i Linköping - 12.1 och sista inlägget! Jag har haft en helt underbar helg med teamet i Linköping! Läs mer om det här:. Träningen under denna vecka har bestått av lite av varje. Martin har lurat mig att ro mer än 4 km hela 3 gånger inom loppet av två veckor:). Senast blev det 4.4 km, utan att jag ens tänkte på det! I helgen var det dags för första Open woden 12.1. Amrap burpees 7 min. Jag körde denna ihop med Ellinor och vi placerade oss mitt emot varandra. Jäkligt bra drag av oss:). 10 mi...
