Thursday, February 28, 2013. Monday WOD: Tumble Fun. Tuesday WOD: Moving WOD -. Helped a friend move to a new apartment. Thursday WOD: AMRAP Medley 2. Handstand (10 sit-ups each fall) -. 12 minutes (Alternate between each minute). Burpees - 89 reps. Jumping Alternating Lunges - 127 reps. Sit-ups - 55 reps. Posted by B.J. Monday, May 27, 2013. Even though I currently live in Switzerland, I'm still proud to be American! Today is Memorial Day, and while I was unable to commemorate that by completing "Murph" I still did a tough WOD to suffer for those who've given more. I Don't Think I'm a Grown-up Yet. Monday, March 29, 2010. This weekend was a blur. Work. Work. Work. The goal is to have the house on the market the first week of April. At this rate, I think it might happen. Kodys' parents came up Saturday and we dominate our house. Dominated it! Kody's mom and I tackled the hall bathroom. The day before Kody tore down the wallpaper, we textured it and then got it painted. It is beautiful! It looks ten times bigger and so much brighter.in a good way. Love it! Our garage...

I Don't Think I'm a Grown-up Yet. Tuesday, January 25, 2011. Day 8: A place you have traveled. I absolutely love to travel. I love to see new places and experience new things. I have been lucky that I have been able to see a lot of different parts of our country. I haven't traveled outside of the United States that much, but I have a few times. My absolute favorite place I have ever been is Costa Rica! The last few days we spent at the coast enjoying the beach and all that jazz. Hi, I'm Ginny.

Monday, December 31, 2012. Getting back to it. Alright, so our trip home for two weeks was really great! The only problem was that we were so busy trying to see everyone we wanted to see and do all we wanted to do that I just didn't take the time to workout after the first two days. Thursday, May 2, 2013. No Hands Burpees AMRAP! This was a lot harder than I thought it was going to be. Basically, you restrain your hands behind your back somehow, then do a burpee.
