This is a great core movement, takes a little coordination, and it was plain fun. Mamta having way too much fun. 45/15 work rest intervals of:. Chin over the bar holds, or scaled to ring holds. Overhead walking lunges with a plate. Mix everything in a bowl and chill. This is one of my favorites. 3 cups chopped, cooked chicken. 1/4 cup sliced almonds.
