Wednesday, February 24, 2010. 1 cup brown sugar. 2 cups milk chocolate chips. Preheat oven to 400. Line cookie sheet with crackers so they are flat and close together. In saucepan bring butter and sugar to a boil on medium heat for 5 minutes. Pour mixture evenly over crackers then place in oven for 5 minutes. Tuesday, October 9, 2012. Pao De Queijo (aka Brazilian Cheese Puffs). These things are like heaven wrapped up in a little puff! It is pronounced pow-je-kayjo. Chris had them all the time while he served his mission in Brazil and we've had them at Tuacano's as well. So I looked up the recipe and Chris made them. They taste exactly like the real thing and are actually super easy to make! 2 cups tapioca flour*. 1 cup milk (Chris used 2%). 1/2 cup butter or margarine (he used margarine). 1 mini muffin tin.

The time comes after the whole crowd had their feedings to announce the winners of the chili cook off and I swear it was not rigged but HE WON!
