Wednesday, October 29, 2014. In this post I based my photos off of the images by Elliot Porter. He was most known for taking landscape photos that used vibrant colors. I tried to create these landscape images in a much smaller scale,. And in most of my images I was able to bring out the colors. I also incorporated shadows in the background to bring out these. When searching for textures, I found that rust is always a rich one as well as walls that are bumped up and are somewhat dirty. Saturday, December 10, 2016. There are two things I like about this photo. One, the exposure is low so the whole photo is very dark and shadowy: Ben's head and Leo's jacket are a various ominous shade of pitch black. I also chose the tallest male in the class and the shortest, which looks pretty cool together. His was fun because it has a normal human model next to a masked one.
