Saturday, February 27, 2010. As the day begins and the weekend chores list themselves I sigh and start the coffee. This is my day to play catch up, laundry, dishes, cleaning, blah. The day tumbles on and I check the clock, time for laundry, laundry. LAUNDRY! Mental check. grab the curtains, they must go. As I take down the curtains, it hits me, wow. its nice out. I had already resigned myself to a late afternoon run. Besides, today the laundry has to be done! In Ugh. I don the shorts. Time to get lost.

Wednesday, May 26, 2010. Yogurt Covered Pretzels Will Not Make Me Faster. Riding my bike will make me faster. yogurt covered pretzels will not make me faster. I keep repeating this to myself over and over again. It's simple. don't eat the pretzels. ride the bike. GO FAST. I could look back at that empty jar of yogurt covered pretzels and wonder which part of S-L-O-W did I not understand? But I don't. I can't. I won't. It's all about tomorrow. But I always regret not doing. Causes problems. Some-times.
