7 Ways Funny Poetry Can Transform Our Lives By Joe Sottile. August 17, 2012. Funny poetry is like a magic wand that can transform our lives in seven ways:. 1 Kids love hilarious poetry. They enjoy laughing and giggling at funny poetry. If the poems in a book tickle their funny bones, they want to read more and more of that author, and then other humorous authors. After awhile, they will not only read to laugh, but they will read to succeed in school and life. Ah, the power of funny poetry! 5 Crack you up...

Bilder av vår värld från ovan. Friday, June 02, 2006. I London ser många områden ut såhär. Tätt tätt i Mexiko City:. poetryfromafar-Poems by Martha Little, paintings by Matug Aborawi
Poetryfromafar-Poems by Martha Little, paintings by Matug Aborawi. I have a painter friend who is an immigrant from North Africa, Matug Aborawi. He can't seem to stop painting the boats that are coming from Africa to Spain that arrive without people, the people who arrive without boats. There is something alarming and compelling about his paintings, and also expectant and hopeful. His paintings don't let us close our eyes. These poems are dedicated to the ones who didn't make it. Can there be so many arms.

Poetry From the Depths and Peaks
Poetry From the Depths and Peaks. Monday, April 26, 2010. Stop Up the Pen. Stop up the pen. Nothing you say is worthy now. Useless words, empty lies. All my words have gone to die. I cannot say what here below. Has got me so hidden and flown. Who took my words and hid them from me? Tell me if there was someone to be seen. So I stop up the pen and put it down. Nothing said is to be endowed. Useless pen, forget your tries. For all my words have gone and died. Monday, December 14, 2009. Death ends in glory.
