The Story of our trip to Spain. The Story of our 2011 trip to Spain, By Coach. Friday, 29 April 2011. Spain 2011, Day Six. Time to have a day in the sun by the pool, so that is what we did. The water was a bit cold but it was nice on my aching feet. I soon got bored and popped over to the pool bar with Mick or a couple of beers while the girls sunbathed. Thursday, 15 January 2015. Well its time to get the van sorted out ready for this new year. I think getting the outside cleaned up and polished is the main thing that needs doing. Still haven't decided if we will be taking the van abroad this year or not, the high costs plus my ill heath is bit of a worry. Although the price is coming down and my health is improving (I hope). We have however booked onto several UK sites leading right through the year but we will have to see what happens as time goes on.

First we stop at the supermarket, there is not much in the way of good beers, so I just stock up with a few packs of Spanish stubbies, some cans of Hoegaarden and some wine, not a lot I know but as I mentioned before, we are heading off to France in June and can do a proper beer run then. Weather at Santander is really hot, something we had not expected this far north. Spain 2003, Day Seven, Haro.

How we got the Motorhome. Saturday, 14 May 2011. Spain 2002, Rest Day. Sunday, we fancy doing city tour on the open top bus, there is a bus stop back at the marina so we walk back along the front. We are in summer gear but the locals are out for their Sunday walk in overcoats, scarves and hats. In the evening we head back to the marina for food and drink again, we even have a. Cocktail .
