Time to go home, we had to be up early to be out of our room for 09:30 and leave the room clean to get our £20 deposit back. We left our bags at reception and went for a walk along the seafront for on last time, it would be at least 11:00 before the bus to take us home would arrived. Our last full day in Spain, packed all we could early so we had the whole day for holidaying, then we headed to the center of Salou and the sea front, the beach was very busy, not at all like when we first came down here. The Story of our trip to Spain. The Story of our 2011 trip to Spain, By Coach. Friday, 29 April 2011. Spain 2011, Day Six. Time to have a day in the sun by the pool, so that is what we did. The water was a bit cold but it was nice on my aching feet. I soon got bored and popped over to the pool bar with Mick or a couple of beers while the girls sunbathed. Early night as we had to get up early in the morning for the trip into Tarragona. All in all it had been a very relaxing day. Spain 2011, Day Five.

Thursday, 15 January 2015. Well its time to get the van sorted out ready for this new year. I think getting the outside cleaned up and polished is the main thing that needs doing. Still haven't decided if we will be taking the van abroad this year or not, the high costs plus my ill heath is bit of a worry. Although the price is coming down and my health is improving (I hope). We have however booked onto several UK sites leading right through the year but we will have to see what happens as time goes on.

Our holidays in France and Belgium. Saturday, 28 May 2011. France 2010, Day Nine, Gastes. Day Nine 12th June. Changeable weather again and still fairly cool. First thing, we got Mick and Bren's awning up, second year with the van and the first time it has been put up. France without the Motorhome. Thursday, 24 July 2014. Missing France in 2014. Well this year we will not be going to France. As you may know last November I has a Stroke, nothing too serious but Dot is not too sure about me. Epically worried about travelling abroad with me driving. We should have been going to Paris today but we had waited too long before booking, so we are going tomorrow instead. Anyway it was a nice day, it wasn't raining and it was feeling a lot warmer. France without the Motorhome. Friday, 28 October 2011. France Sep 2011, Day Thirteen. Day Thirteen , 9th Sep. Guess what we did today, yes we continued to tour the D Day sights, on the way we passed a Lidl, and stopped for essential provisions, beer and chocolate mainly. From there we drove along the coast (Sword Beach), stopping at the various memorials along the way, we got as far as Saint-Aubin-sur-Mer (start of Juno Beach), then turned towards Bayeux and the campsite. Wednesday, 26 October 2011.
