Oxygen is one of beer’s many mortal enemies. If too much oxygen finds its way into a commercial brewing tank, a batch of that company’s signature craft ale worth tens of thousands of dollars could transform into a vat of disgusting, worthless slosh. But the most important change for customers is one they can’t se...

Welcome to our blog! This is just a peek at what is going on with our family. Friday, July 31, 2009. Long time, no write. Clearly, I have problems finding the time to do this blog. I'll try to do better. If nothing else, I'll try to post quotes. The boys are quite funny these days. From Jack informing us that he was "cross" to Charlie letttint. Julia & Dax
Most of the best stories are about them anyway. At school, the Kindergarten students are each assigned an eighth grade buddy. Why, yes, yes she is. I croaked out that Julia is in fact six and Julia got in free, too. Posted by The Bouldins.
