I was working as an administrative assistant 15 blocks away and I took classes during my lunch hour. Now I teach yoga, work with clients privately, and write. Gold Dressing (Omega 3 and B12). Place all of the ingredients in a blender and enjoy. I love this on a salad made of Kale with red onion, baked sweet potato and pumpkin seeds. 1 Tbsp ground Cumin. 2 cups of mung dal. 2 Tbs coconut oil.
