April 9, 2012 · Filed under Uncategorized. Tofu Scramble was a success, and the recipe is on the Recipe Page. I roasted red potatoes the night before to make it quicker, and added a whole wheat biscuit which did not turn out to be very good, but that was not the focus. I’ll have to work on the biscuit.
