This has been my week while at work, a good healthy meal at night, so far so good with leftovers for lunch the next day and as you can see in that one picture my other meals or food intake for the day is a Protein shake in the morning followed by a protein bar for a snack a couple hours later in between breakfast (Protein Shake) and lunch.
