Il pleut des cordes. | Letters From Limours

https://lettersfromlimours.wordpress.com/2013/11/20/il-pleut-des-cordes

An American in Paris. Well, almost. Waste not, want not, or something like that. Full disclosure, and plans ahoy… →. Il pleut des cordes. Fall is a big deal in my family’s neck of the woods which only makes sense, since from September to November, the rocky slopes and of course the occasional rolling hills of the northeastern U.S. are blanketed in glorious reds, oranges, and yellows. This is my second. Meanwhile, it’s raining strings, which at the very least makes more sense than cats and dogs!

I’m baaaack. | Letters From Limours

https://lettersfromlimours.wordpress.com/2013/11/15/33

An American in Paris. Well, almost. Please allow me to introduce myself: I’m a man of wealth and taste. Merci les musiciens et les limouriens… →. I was sitting here at my table, boiling water for tea and getting ready to go to a ‘blues et folk africain’ concert tonight. Thinking about all the things I’ve done since I’ve gotten to Franceand I realized: I haven’t blogged about any of them. Let me leave you with this photo I took of. Or as we’d say in English, The Wild Coast:. Leave a Reply Cancel reply.

Merci les musiciens et les limouriens… | Letters From Limours

https://lettersfromlimours.wordpress.com/2013/11/16/merci-les-musiciens

An American in Paris. Well, almost. Waste not, want not, or something like that. →. Merci les musiciens et les limouriens…. Wow, color me impressed. Although the concert was a bit steep for my budget 15 euros per person it was more than worth the price. The band was called Magou and Dakar Transit. And which sent a profound vibration throughout the entire auditorium). Finally, the astonishingly nimble-fingered Djeli Moussa Condé. Who plays the kora. Leave a Reply Cancel reply. Letters From Limbo | by Phil Force

I had a tumor removed from the third ventricle of my brain when I was twenty. When I was first told of this tumor, I had become dispassionate toward the world in which I lived and welcomed the change. Would I die? Either way, what could I do but embrace the experience to come? Who has access to your perspective other than yourself? Humbly powered by WordPress.

4 out of 5 dentists recommend this WordPress.com site. August 21, 2013. I often feel in life some things go unsaid… When people pass the loved ones often comment “I had so much to tell her/him” …. I know because sadly I’ve said them words…. I have things inside me I want to say to another but I can not… Things that sound petty in my head and heart but are inside me I’m not sure why… Would just cause more pain and only serve to… I’m not even sure what. Maybe I’ll try this again when my mind can focus.

October was a crazy month and my brain was very uncooperative, but I made it through somehow. The coolest thing of all ccol things happened though! It was the Ex Libris Book Fair. Letters from Lindsay | A blog by a Lincoln, Nebraska, writer | Life musings about faith, family, friends, writing and photography, plus much more

Letters from Lindsay A blog by a Lincoln, Nebraska, writer. June 28, 2015. As a pensive observer and possessor of an empathetic heart, I frequently feel all the feels. An acquaintance’s daughter died of cancer. Felt the feels. A friend’s nephew died in a drowning accident. Felt the feels. I watched my niece’s joy-filled reaction as she devoured ice cream. Felt the feels. I had one of a treasured many heart-to-heart conversations with a cherished friend who bared her faith and fear. Felt the feels. Most o...
