Hana`s cooking آشپزی هانا. آشپزخانه ی کوچک من. آشپزی برای صنم بانو. مافین سیب زمینی و سبزیجات. کلوچه سیب و دارچین. سیب زمینی با ادویه و سبزیجات. تاريخ : دوشنبه بیست و چهارم تیر 1392 17:29 نویسنده : mah sa. زرده تخم مرغ : 2 عدد. شیر : نصف پیمانه. آرد : دو پیمانه. بکینگ پودر : 1 قاشق چایخوری. روغن جامد یا کره ی آب کرده : 1 قاشق چایخوری. نمک : یک هشتم قاشق چایخوری. وانیل : نصف قاشق چایخوری. شربت قوام آمده به مقدار لازم. و مخلوط میکنیم مواد رو. بعد نمک و آرد و اضافه میکنیم. آب : یک پیمانه.

Cook time: 45 min. 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour. 1 1/2 cups mix dry fruits, nuts and candied. 1/3 cup vegetable oil. 1 cup brown sugar powder. 1 teaspoon baking powder. 3/4 teaspoon baking soda. 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder. 1/2 teaspoon clove powder. 1/4 teaspoon dry ginger powder (soth powder). 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg powder. 1 cup red wine. Preheat oven to 325F/165C. Sieve through maida, corn flour, baking soda, salt and 1.5 cup of sugar together.
