Notes from acl surgery and my way back in karate. Mardi 29 novembre 2011. I had read that acl surgery recovery could be painful. It is atrocious. Real hard give-me-pain-medecine-right now pain. I have now a sports brace to protect my knee and for the first time today, i'll be abe to sleep on my side (THE JOY! The rehab is done at home for now and it really hurts like hell!
