Jack's Journey: September 2006

http://jacksnicujourney.blogspot.com/2006_09_01_archive.html

Tuesday, September 19, 2006. HA For two hours a day, alternating eyes every day, he has to wear this bandaid-like patch over his eye to strengthen the muscle. Hopefully this will work, or else its another surgery, and we don't want that! We are hoping getting tubes placed last week will be his last scheduled surgery. Therapy, therapy, therapy! It was great to get such encouraging news from everyone. We're excited to see how he benefits from the therapy. Sunday, September 10, 2006. He looks like such a bi...

Jack's Journey: August 2006

http://jacksnicujourney.blogspot.com/2006_08_01_archive.html

Tuesday, August 29, 2006. Busy, Busy, Busy. When I got to recovery, Jack was still very groggy and starving! He ate 3 bottles of "sugar water" and once his O2 saturation was back to normal we got to take him home. For the rest of the day he slept off the anesthesia and was still very comfortable because the local anesthetic that the doctor gave hadn't worn off yet. We'll see how he does tomorrow. Thursday, August 03, 2006. In other news.Jack has gained almost a pound in the past two weeks!

Jack's Journey: Recent Developments

http://jacksnicujourney.blogspot.com/2007/01/recent-developments.html

Wednesday, January 10, 2007. The holidays were WAY too busy at our house! And so much has happened! Jack is making excellent strides in all of his therapy. In Speech Therapy, he's FINALLY started using his voice, especially when he's playing. When he pushes cars across the floor, he'll make an engine noise that is just too adorable. Obviously he is paying attention to his older brothers! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Jackson was born at 23 weeks in May of 2005.

Clinton Ryan Photography: Give Back Sunday {Portraits Tulsa, OK}

http://clintonryanphotography.blogspot.com/2010/12/give-back-sunday-portraits-tulsa-ok.html

Monday, December 27, 2010. Give Back Sunday {Portraits Tulsa, OK}. This is not a portrait session. These were candid shots I took at a special event at our church. As people were lined up for assistance, my sons passed out candy and cookies to them. This is the second year we've participated and it is always a great feeling to join in and get to help members of our community. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). This is my wife.

3 Boys and a Dog: FOODIE FIGHT!

http://3boysandadogblog.blogspot.com/2012/04/foodie-fight.html

Saturday, April 28, 2012. Today we went to Whole Foods. They were having this contest where people went around the store and there were these little stands with different kinds of food to try. The contest was called the Rockin' Foodie Fight. At the end, we had to vote for our favorite one. Here is the ballot. This guy's stand had this thing that was called "Addicted to Spuds Salad". It was a potato salad. It was good tasting food! This is vegan meatloaf. It was great! This was my favorite and the one I v...

3 Boys and a Dog: Swingtastic!

http://3boysandadogblog.blogspot.com/2012/04/swingtastic.html

Monday, April 30, 2012. Whenever we get home, after homework and chores, we like to play on the swings in the backyard. Super J doesn't know how to swing, but instead of using his feet he uses his hands, pushing off the grass to boost up. Kid B does know how to swing. He is better at swinging than me. This is me, Dr. L. I like to play bumper swings. If you don't see it, I have a hand gun, made out of my hand. This is us playing Feet Wars. I'm better at this because I'm the one with longer legs.
