Icing on the Cake: blissful mistakes: inventing almond butter cookies
http://icingonthecake-carly.blogspot.com/2012/12/blissful-mistakes-inventing-almond.html
Icing on the Cake. Wednesday, December 12, 2012. Blissful mistakes: inventing almond butter cookies. I accidentally grabbed the jar of almond butter. A delectable accident, the cookies were a sweet-salty, crunchy-smooth mouthful of deliciousness. I played around with ingredients and measurements, taste tested them on family and friends, added some candied pecans for festive zing, and then sent them off for the Great Food Blogger Cookie Swap of 2012. What is this cookie swap? The Way to my Family's Heart.

Icing on the Cake: December 2013
http://icingonthecake-carly.blogspot.com/2013_12_01_archive.html
Icing on the Cake. Wednesday, December 11, 2013. I have a secret. This cookie recipe, this wonderful, glorious cookie recipe, produces the world's most magical sugar cookies. I have witnessed grown men groan with delight eating these cookies, foodies swoon at the sweet-salty combo, and children steal the cookie plate and hide it away so they can eat the cookies all by themselves without any adults stealing more. You know what else is magical? Being part of a cookie swap. Lindsay. 2 cups white flour.

Icing on the Cake: October 2013

Icing on the Cake. Monday, October 7, 2013. Honey chai peanut butter. I'm not sure if there are enough words to sing the praises and popularity of peanut butter. People swoon a little when they talk about eating peanut butter, making faces akin to the strangely happy women on flavored yogurt commercials. A friend of mine is nicknamed "peanut butter." People eat it for comfort, for dessert, for lunch, for a snack, the list goes on. Honey Chai Peanut Butter. 2 cups of roasted, unsalted peanuts. Honey chai ...

Friday, July 1, 2011. So yesterday was the Grand Opening of the East Goshen Farmers' Market - a producers only farmers' market that I organized for my community - check out our blog. Don't you love his label! I've been following Gil's blog for over a year and never put 2 and 2 together when we invited him to the market. Right now...

Tuesday, January 17, 2012. What did you think? Stache - - - not stash! Let's face it -. No one wears one like Tom! It's all about the available follicular real estate between the nose and the upper lip -. Yup - it works fine for Tom! Why all this talk of the stache? I saw it at Purl Soho two weeks ago and had to have it! My daughter's boyfriend sports a significant stache. And, he's mighty proud of it, as he should be. I'm pairing it up with this manly faux leather -. Or, a work in progress. Mario Batali...
