Na przyjęcie urodzinowe córeczka zażyczyła sobie babeczki. A ponieważ jubilatki życzenia muszą zostać spełnione (przynajmniej niektóre), mamusia zabrała się za pichcenie babeczek z tego co akurat miała pod ręką. Składniki na ok. 16 sztuk:. 200 g mąki pszennej. 1 łyżeczka proszku do pieczenia. 200 g jogurtu naturalnego. 100 g gorzkiej czekolady pokrojonej w kostkę. Czekoladę umieszczamy w naczyniu, rozdrabniamy - 7 sekund obr. 5, przekładamy do miseczki. Do naczynia wkładamy banany - miksujemy 10 s/obr 6.

Muszę przyznać, że pączki robiłam pierwszy raz w życiu, nie licząc kiedy pomagałam mamie przy pieczeniu lata temu. Ale wtedy moje pomaganie ograniczało się do posypywania pączków cukrem pudrem lub nakładaniem lukru :). Z racji, że jutro tłusty czwartek, postanowiłam tym razem sama się za nie zabrać. Czekoladowe ciasteczka ze snikersami. Długo szukałam przepisu na idealne ciasteczka czekoladowe, trochę wilgotne w środku a na wierzchu super chrupiące.
