Musings from a Stay at Home Chef. Meatballs with Tomato Sauce. I had a weird craving for meatballs one day after seeing a recipe for it on pinterest. Surprisingly, this recipe was very easy and not as time consuming as I thought it would be. This is probably the "fanciest" food I've ever made.all from scratch! I got the recipe from here. And made a few adjustments. I think this would be just as good with ground turkey or chicken. 15 pounds Ground Beef. 3 cloves Garlic, Minced. 3/4 cups Fine Bread Crumbs.
