New Year – New Man. Posted on February 13, 2014. Het kan al eens verkeren. Het is reeds 3 maanden geleden dat ik mijn laatste fatsoenlijke training kon afwerken. Ik heb momenteel wat te lijden onder handicaps die ik al een leven lang meedraag maar pas nu tot uiting komen. Geheel toevallig is dat natuurlijk niet. Van een auto die nooit sneller dan 15km/u gereden heeft, zal je immers pas weten of de 6. Ondertussen houd ik mij bezig met echte mannenzaken zoals bordelen afschuimen en sloten bier drinken....

The Road To Chamonix. Never knew I had enough before I had too much. De mooiste uil die ik ooit zag. Het is alweer woensdag en het hoogtepunt van ons seizoen is voorbij. Tijd om een tussentijdse balans op te maken. Van pijn in de benen kan ik dit keer niet klagen. We hebben ons dan ook niet helemaal murw kunnen lopen. Daarvoor was het te warm. De dertig graden die aangekondigd waren, hebben we allemaal gekregen. En dat hebben we geweten. Ik: Awel, wa scheelt er? Ik: Het is niet te doen, hé, die hitte!
